The motorized puncture tester is a complete test system. Perform puncture tests with ease with the specialized TKS series punctures test fixture. Egg Shell Strength Tester II, model EG-001 is designed to automatically measure the strength of egg shells. Press the button to start the sensor moving. The sensor slows after making contact with the egg, then stops and backs off after the egg shell cracks. The peak value is displayed, saved in memory and sent to the USB port.

Tightness control is a critical process in all bottling plants. Without the use of a finely manufactured bottle cap torque tester, bottlers can face evaporation and leakage issues with their products if the caps are not secure. Excessive tightness can cause another expensive problem: Bottles are vulnerable to breakage and cap removal becomes an issue for consumers. The ACT-220 Automatic Wire Crimp Tester is designed to measure the strength of wire crimps, up to 220 lbf (1000 N). This tester features: Easy-to-use menus, EL electro-luminescent display, an easy to use keypad simplify crimp test programming and much more.

Imada’s wine cork pull testers use rapid lever action, feature quick bottle changeouts and provides a stable base for consistent test results. The pull tests are performed with a simple downward stroke of the lever.
Both testers feature a large, easy-to-read displays with measurement value and units. Simple push-button operation allows the user to capture the peak force. Standard RS-232C, Digimatic, and ±1VDC analog outputs enable data acquisition for permanent record. The wine bottle fixture holds the bottle securely and the specially threaded nuts can be moved quickly up the rods for changeouts

The LH horizontal, straight-pull, wire terminal testers are designed specifically to test the pull-off force of wire terminal connectors and includes gripping attachments.

The display module has selectable units, peak or real time modes, and operates with either the internal battery or included AC adapter.

The terminal grip opens to 5mm and allows wire terminals to be held with minimum damage to the wire jacket and holds the connector after pull-off. The wire grip has serrated jaws for a firm hold on the wire. Optional wire terminal grips are available.

The lever provides rapid action and a straight-pull on the wire and wire terminal. The tester is unaffected by gravity and does not employ a return spring, making it perfect for wire terminal crimp testing.
