R. STAHL's ExSys Cool 8701 air conditioner offers the perfect cooling capacity for hazardous environments. The use of thermal expansion valve technology allows for constant automatic cooling with a wide range of temperature target values (18 °C to 35 °C). ExSys Cool is certified as equipment, meaning that it is approved for simple use in Ex p and Ex e solutions. The product has a wide ambient temperature range (depending on the refrigerant selected) from -40 °C to 55 °C and a cooling capacity from 4 kW to 6 kW according to EN 14511 (L35/L35). Predefined standard configurations are available as well as customer-specific solutions to meet the customer's HVAC requirements.

The Sudhir Flameproof Split Air Conditioner is specially engineered for cooling hazardous industrial environments classified under Zone 1 and Zone 2. Designed and manufactured as per IS/IEC 60079-1:2014, this explosion-proof AC system ensures safe and reliable operation in oil & gas plants, chemical industries, refineries, and other potentially explosive atmospheres.

Available in 1 TR to 5 TR cooling capacities, the system features a split configuration, with a flameproof indoor unit and a robust outdoor condensing unit. The enclosure is fabricated from M.S. / stainless steel or cast iron, finished with epoxy powder coating, and rated IP66 for weatherproof protection.

The unit operates on 230V single phase or 415V three phase power supply and uses R-22 refrigerant, with eco-friendly gas options like R-407 / R-414 available on request. A wired thermostat control with adjustable temperature range from 12°C to 32°C ensures precise cooling control.
